What is Kodrota, and why “route”?

Kodrota is a software product studio that develops and operates its own products. We are not an agency moving from one client deadline to another; we identify the idea, design the experience, write the code, launch the product and keep improving it. “Route” is not decoration in our name. Before a product starts moving, we map the problem, the audience and the stops ahead. Then we follow that route with discipline.

How the products began

Our first products came from our own lives. While planning our wedding, we experienced the work involved in paper invitations and collecting RSVPs by phone. That became Düğün Davetiyem. At the same wedding, hundreds of guest photographs stayed scattered across phones. We built Facebul: an event gallery where one selfie lets AI find every photograph you appear in and turn your moments into clips ready to share. The venue search was another avoidable problem, so Özel Davetler brought venue discovery and quote requests together.

As the products grew, managing their social channels became a product problem of its own. Pomercin became our platform for planning, publishing and analysing eight social networks, with an AI video studio included. Years of software teaching now continue through Kodrota Academy.

Our engineering philosophy

Three principles guide the work:

• A small team with strong automation. Tests, deployments and operations should be automated so human attention stays on the product.
• A real user problem. A product is worth building only when it removes a problem somebody genuinely experiences.
• Use what we build. Düğün Davetiyem and Facebul first went into the field at our own wedding. We do not sell what we would not use.
